1st Trail Run of 2020

TRAIL RUN PLAYLIST: 1st real trail run of the year after having a bad cold. 3 1/2 miles & my kidneys & liver are still sweating/secreting toxins from 2019. Humidity was off the charts, barely made it around the lake, but got plenty of oxygen to push those high notes out. It’s never easy getting here, but once I do it’s empowering as a MFer. (even if I have a bad run) Trying to be mindful of that 10,000 step chart on my IPhone Health App that I didn’t even know was there til last year. My playlist, as usual, was all over the place this morning.
