Embrace the Struggle!

Can’t let 5 hrs sleep blow my day. Don’t wanna be here at the gym. 21 days of eating clean/ no booze, working out & not responding to any online noise. Drinkin lots of water 💧so I don’t get dehydrated & catch cold. That one takes more effort than I thought, filling up my water bottle 4 times a day & peeing like a madman! Either way I feel better after I get my work out in 🏋️‍♀️. Too much good stuff happening to half-ass any of it. Embracing the struggle y’all! Onward, JD
